Welcome to Zetomed (“Zetomed”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration and use of the Zetomed online platform, website, and mobile applications (“Platform”).
By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you (“Patient”, “User” or “You”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Zetomed’s Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to register and consult independently.
1.2. Minors may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent/guardian who shall be responsible for all actions and compliance.
2. Platform Services
2.1. Services include:

Online doctor consultations (video/audio/chat)

Digital prescription issuance
-
Medicine ordering/delivery services (via partner pharmacies)

Health-related support and content
2.2. Zetomed provides facilitation through technology. Doctors and Pharmacies are independent third-party service providers responsible for medical services and medicine supply respectively.
3. Patient Responsibilities
You agree to:
3.1. Provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information including medical history, allergies, and current medications.
3.2. Use the Platform only for lawful and genuine medical concerns.
3.3. Follow instructions given by the doctor and maintain continuity of care.
3.4. Not record, copy, or distribute consultation content without consent.
3.5. Not misuse emergency services — in case of life-threatening emergencies, call local emergency services immediately.
4. Telemedicine & Consent
4.1. By booking a consultation, you provide consent to telemedicine/virtual consultation as per Indian Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.
4.2. You understand the limitations of telemedicine, such as absence of physical examination, and agree that doctors may:

Request in-person consultations,

Decline to prescribe certain medications,

Refer to specialists or diagnostic services.
5. Prescriptions & Medicine Delivery
5.1. Prescriptions issued are at the sole discretion of the consulting doctor.
5.2. Controlled substances, narcotics or habit-forming drugs may not be prescribed unless legally compliant.
5.3. Medicine availability, delivery timelines and pricing depend on partner pharmacies.
5.4. You must read prescription instructions carefully and follow dosage guidelines.
6. Payments, Pricing & Refunds
6.1. You agree to pay consultation and service fees as displayed on the Platform.
6.2. All payments are final for completed consultations.
6.3. Refunds for cancelled or failed consultations shall be governed by Zetomed’s Refund Policy.
7. Medical Liability Disclaimer
7.1. Doctors are solely responsible for medical consultations, clinical advice, diagnosis and treatment decisions.
7.2. Zetomed does not guarantee:

Accuracy or usefulness of medical advice,

Treatment outcomes or recovery,
-
Availability of specific doctors or services.
7.3. The Platform is not a substitute for physical examination in sensitive/critical cases.
8. Account & Data Security
8.1. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login and account details.
8.2. Any activity under your account is deemed authorized by you.
8.3. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
9. Privacy & Health Data Protection
9.1. Zetomed collects and processes personal health information to provide services.
9.2. Data usage complies with:

Applicable Indian data protection laws,

Zetomed’s Privacy Policy.
9.3. Your data may be shared only with:

Consulting doctors,

Partner pharmacies or labs,

Legal/regulatory authorities where required.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Impersonate another person or falsify information,

Engage in abusive, threatening, or illegal conduct,

Attempt to reverse-engineer or harm the Platform,

Misuse prescriptions or medications.
Zetomed may suspend or terminate your access for violations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum permissible extent:
11.1. Zetomed shall not be liable for loss, damage, injury, delay, or consequences arising from:

Medical advice or treatment from a doctor,
-
Pharmacy or delivery issues,
-
Service outages, system errors or delays.
11.2. Your exclusive remedy is discontinuing use of the Platform.
12. Termination
12.1. Zetomed may suspend or terminate access for any breach of Terms or misuse.
12.2. Upon termination, rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.
13. Modifications
13.1. Zetomed reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
13.2. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
14.2. Courts within [City/State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
